Privacy Policy

WYS collects only the information you choose to provide. At this time, the only personal data we collect is:

• Email address — when you sign up for our newsletter via the subscription form on any WYS page

We do not collect your name, location, payment information, or any other personal identifying information through our newsletter signup. We do not run login systems, accounts, or profiles.

If you contact us by email, we will receive your email address and any information you include in your message. That information is used only to respond to you.

Your email address is used for one purpose only: to send you the WYS newsletter. This includes:

• Weekly fashion review roundups and new article notifications
• Occasional editorial updates about WYS

We will never use your email address to send you unsolicited commercial offers from third parties. We will never sell, rent, trade, or otherwise share your email address with any other organisation for their own marketing purposes.

We use the following third-party tools to operate WYS. Each has its own privacy policy that governs how it handles data:

• MailerLite — We use MailerLite to manage our email subscriber list and send newsletters. When you subscribe, your email address is stored on MailerLite’s servers. MailerLite is GDPR-compliant. You can read their privacy policy at mailerlite.com/legal/privacy-policy.
• Google Analytics — We use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use our site (pages visited, time on page, general location by region). This data is aggregated and anonymous — we cannot identify individual visitors. Google Analytics uses cookies to collect this information. You can opt out using the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on.
• Netlify — Our site is hosted on Netlify, which may collect server logs including IP addresses for security and performance purposes. See netlify.com/privacy.

WYS uses cookies in the following ways:

• Analytics cookies — Google Analytics places cookies on your browser to track anonymous usage data such as pages visited and session duration. These are not used to identify you personally.
• Email service cookies — MailerLite may set cookies in connection with our newsletter subscription form to track form performance and prevent duplicate submissions.

We do not use advertising cookies, tracking pixels for ad retargeting, or any cookies that build a profile of you for commercial purposes beyond analytics.

Most browsers allow you to control or delete cookies through their settings. Disabling cookies may affect the functionality of some parts of the site, but the core reading experience will remain intact.

You have the following rights with respect to your personal data:

• Unsubscribe at any time — Every newsletter we send includes an unsubscribe link at the bottom. Click it and your email address will be removed immediately. No questions asked.
• Request deletion — If you would like your email address permanently deleted from our records, email us at business@wys-daily.com and we will remove it within 30 days.
• Request a copy of your data — You may request a copy of any personal data we hold about you by contacting us at the address below.
• Object to processing — If you believe we are processing your data in a way you did not consent to, contact us and we will investigate and respond promptly.

If you are based in the European Union or the United Kingdom, you also have rights under the GDPR and UK GDPR respectively, including the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If we make any material changes, we will update the “Last updated” date at the top of this page. We encourage you to review this page periodically. Continued use of WYS after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
